Barcelona stubborn for landing Fabregas

Catalans Giants are again preparing a new bid for Arsenal skipper next summer of £38m. Febregas has been on Barca's radar for last 3 seasons...and every time they have been unsuccessful!!!
Last summer, Arsenal rejected the two bids of Barcelona which tried to lure Wenger to give up Febregas and even with so much pressure from Barcelona, Wenger didn't let Febregas to head to home-club.
Febregas just like, Pique, was a youth player in Barca academy, and just like Pique returned after playing in Man United, they want Febregas to return to his former Club, and Wenger is denying that completely!!!
Barca is having alot of financial problems and so far it looks like that they cannot bid more than £40m, and with this much amount, Wenger will never let Febregas to leave Emirates! SO it will be another summer in vain and the result will only be great rumors rather than any transfer!!!
Meanwhile Febregas is a wanted player, as many clubs like Madrid and Inter have shown interest in signing the play-maker and can meet Arsenal's requirement financially, but Febregas only ought to play for his home club Barcelona, after Arsenal off course!!!
