Great game for the Reds at Anfield as 7th position Liverpool thrashed the table leaders Man Utd by 3-1!!! It was all due to the magnificent hat-trick from the the former Netherlands striker Dirk Kuyt. The Liverpool fans were singing his name all over the ground as due to his goals, Liverpool, against all the odds, defeated the Mighty Red Devils, who have been undefeated most of the times!
First goal resulted after a masterclass lay by Suarez as he twists and turns in the box beating three men, then squirts it across the goal line and Kuyt smashes it in from about three inches out.
Second Goal was merely a mistake by Nani as he nods a ball towards his own goal instead of away and Kuyt hits from six yards out.
Third Goal was due to Van der Sar's fault you could say. Suarez hits a low effort towards the near post, Van der Sar rebounds the ball and Kuyt is alone to tap it in from a yard.
