Van Gaal could exit Bayern Munich!

Raul's terrific 15th minute match deciding goal ruled Bayern out of the German Cup, increasing the odds for the end of Van Gaal career in Bayern Munich, and obviously losing a silverware for this season. They are already having a bad campaign in their domestic cup, as they are in top 4 position, rather than their targeted position of leading the table!
They already lost to Dortmund 3-1, which already had destroyed their title hope. Adding fuel to fire, on the match day, the home crowd brought signs with them, most of them saying "Van Gaal OUT!!!". What worse could it be for any coach, when your own fans want you out!
They are already 16 points behind table leaders Borussia Dortmund in the Bundesliga, and the Champions League as their only chance of silverware this season.
